When you open a conversation in Intercom, our app will automatically check if a Person or Lead exists. If they do not exist, you will be given the option of creating one:

Click Create Person or Lead, and on the next screen you will be given options for the creation process. In this example, we are creating a Lead, who is a Potential Customer from the company Copper

Finally, click Create and if successful, you will get confirmation:
