To connect Microsoft Dynamics to Intercom, you can choose from one of the following three Intercom Apps by Highways:

  • Microsoft Dynamics – Our basic app that can be used for viewing and creation of Contacts in MS Dynamics
  • Microsoft Dynamics Sales – Includes our basic app but adds Sales Order & Quote functionality
  • Microsoft Dynamics Cases – Includes our basic app but adds Case and Incident functionality

You can use one or more app in each workspace but please note, you must set up and install each app individually. If you are using our Cases or Sales App, you do not require the basic app as the basic functionality is included in Sales and Cases.
