Presently, we sync the chat transcript to Pipedrive when a Person or Deal is created in Intercom via our App.

In the case of a Person, the transcripts are placed in the notes of their Contact record, and in the case of the Deal, the Deal notes.

If a person or deal has been created previously, or outside our App, we do not sync the transcript. Likewise, we do not pull previously synced transcripts and we do not update them. We push once when the Person or Deal is created.
